Schnapp: I`ve long liked Maya Hawke, who portrays Robin, and I really wanted to work with her. I used to watch her in earlier seasons and think, "Wow, she`s interesting." I like what she does. I got pretty delighted when I viewed the scripts and saw that Robin and I were in them a lot throughout four or five episodes. I learned so much from working with her, and she felt like an elder sister to me. It was amazing since the way we acted together on television was similar to how we acted together in real life. She was like a mentor to me, and I think it was really essential for Will to meet Robin. Seeing someone who was sure of herself and sharing her wisdom helped him start to find his own way.
